About the opportunity
We are looking for a senior, hands-on commercial leader to become our Founding Enterprise Sales Lead — the person who will build and scale expandev's sales and marketing engine to drive accelerated, predictable growth — as an owner, with equity participation to match.
This is not a traditional sales role. We need someone who can sell and build the sales system at the same time: prospect, qualify, run consultative discovery, manage complex enterprise deals, and document the playbook — working shoulder to shoulder with the founder.
Because we are selling an AI SaaS product to enterprises, this role lives in a specific reality:
- Complex buying committees — you will engage business, IT, security, compliance, procurement and finance stakeholders.
- Trust and risk matter — you will address governance, security, ROI and vendor maturity concerns.
- New category education — you will educate the market on GAISD, not only demonstrate features.
- Longer sales cycles — you will need disciplined pipeline management and founder involvement.
- Evolving product-market fit — your selling must generate market learning, not only revenue.
Responsibilities
Commercial leadership & orchestration
- Own the commercial engine end to end, coordinating Marketing and SDR effort to feed and accelerate the pipeline.
- Provide structured market feedback to the product and founding teams.
Prospecting & pipeline
- Build target account lists and prospect enterprise stakeholders across LinkedIn, founder network, partner referrals, industry events, email and ABM.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene across the full funnel.
Discovery & qualification
- Run discovery to identify processes, business pain, urgency, budget, decision makers, technical sponsors and procurement requirements.
- Always answer the core question: why does this problem deserve budget and urgency now?
Founder-assisted closing
- Own the process: open doors, run the cycle, maintain momentum and coordinate proposals.
- Partner with the founder, who owns trust: vision, credibility and final negotiations.
- Operating model: the seller owns the process; the founder owns the trust.
Playbook & scale
- Document messaging, objections, discovery questions, ICP insights, demo and proposal templates — the foundation for future hires.
- Translate the playbook into hiring: profiles, ramp and onboarding for the first sellers and SDRs.
- Grow pipeline capacity by scaling outbound, Marketing and SDR together, keeping CAC and conversion under control.

Requisitos e qualificações
Experience
- 5–10+ years in B2B sales.
- Enterprise technology sales.
- Complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong backgrounds (preferred): enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, AI platforms, DevOps tools, IT consulting, digital transformation.
Must-haves for this profile
- Founder mindset & commitment — high willingness to dedicate, give yourself fully, commit, learn, seek, and take risks to help drive the process forward.
- A truly high-ticket commercial profile — the ability to use arguments that resonate with top management (C-level), to convey authority, and to establish trust-based relationships with the target audience.
- A prior book of business is desirable but not essential — provided you use the two skills above to build the book from what we provide. We will give you founder-led access and warm leads; you turn them into pipeline.
Location & dedication
- Full-time, based in São Paulo, in the field every day. This is a high-frequency, high-presence role.
Solid knowledge in
- Complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (business, IT, security, compliance, procurement, finance).
- Pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio) and prospecting tooling (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Outbound prospecting, ABM, and structuring paid pilots / proof-of-value engagements.
- Building sales messaging, positioning and playbooks from scratch.
It will be a differential if you know about
- The AI / software development ecosystem and SDLC.
- An existing enterprise network among our target ICPs.
- Selling in regulated or compliance-driven environments (governance, security).
Compensation
A competitive package combining fixed salary, performance-based variable (OTE) and equity participation in the company. As a founding role, it includes a meaningful equity grant, subject to a vesting schedule — so your upside is tied directly to the company you help build. Commission rewards real revenue (paid pilots, first-year ARR, multi-year contracts and expansion), not meetings or unqualified opportunities.
